MDI Base Clear PU Adhesive

Our MDI base clear PU adhesive is very light yellow in color, perfect for tropical and hot weather conditions. It is available in a 20kg drum for easy handling and installation. The adhesive has a 20% mixing ratio with EPDM rubber granule and a 14% to 16% mixing ratio with SBR rubber granule. One kilogram of PU binder can cover approximately 4 to 6 square meters of rubber tile installation. Each pallet can load 48 drums or 860kgs.

Our specialized polyurethane binder is ideal for glue-down rubber tile installation, children's playground flooring, gym flooring, and rubber paver installation. The weatherproof PU glue creates a strong bond between tiles, ensuring durability and stability in changing weather conditions. The PU binder maintains the firmness of the rubber flooring, preventing expansion and shrinkage issues.
